Xperimento is the stripped-down secret identity of Locos Por Juana, the ubiquitous reggae/cumbia band that's been around the country almost as many times as they've been nominated for Latin Grammys — which is to say, a gajillion. Underneath it all, the guys are serious artists, which is why they maintain regular, intimate hometown gigs at Jazid. Call it "staying in touch with the people" or "keeping their chops up," just make sure you also call it "kickass." Fellow Latin-reggae adventurers Bachaco open.
