In the few months since its inception, this night by homespun guitar duo Raffa and Rainer has become an offbeat hit all over town. The boom and thump is usually required to bring folks around these parts, but Can You Rock a Little Softer? somehow draws an enthusiastic crowd with stripped down, mostly acoustic versions of well-known bands that gig around town. Thanks, Raffa and Rainer — we can finally understand what half of these guys and gals are singing.
