Lots of bands (especially in Miami) claim to be world artists, but New York's Tollywood AllStars truly think globally; their music weaves together Indian classical music, American jazz, and folkier forms from South America and Cuba for a wispy, hypnotic sound. Tonight, they dispatch a smaller contingent from their full lineup — the guitar-and-vocal duo known as Quatro Manos — to open for Xperimento, South Beach's own alchemists of Colombian cumbia and Jamaican reggae.
