You have to wonder where cats like Kingsley's Vic Garcia come from. The dude hasn't been sticking flyers behind people's ears all over the place and gigging out every single week, but he's somehow emerged in the last few months with an album almost ready for release, chock full of shiny, new pop-rock ditties that you might think you heard on VH1 sometime yesterday.
