Curator Nikki Beem brings together more than 20 artists whose works express a desire for change. Most impressive here are Arnold Mesches' chaotic, black-and-white drawings, which display a dizzying array of freeways, signs, vehicles, and buildings. After you examine Meschler's individual pieces, you can see them as a whole: the octogenarian artist has blown up each drawing to create a unified, 71-foot-long mural. Other show highlights include Brandon Opalka's fluid abstractions, Brian Reedy's mixed media on wood pieces, and Ralph Provisero's gravity-defying sculptures.
