Music: DJ Poplife Returns

Over the better part of the past decade, one party has shaped Miami's young underground like so much techno-loving plasticine — and that's Poplife. Promoters Aramis Lorie and Barbara Basti are credited with bringing fame to countless local DJs, pointing crowds toward the next hotspot, and throwing a party that, for example, put Justice, the Juan Maclean, and Matthew Dear in the same room back in 2006. Now, the duo has revived Poplife and is ready to reclaim its Saturday-night crown. Tonight's bill features seasoned stars Induce, Aramis, and Matt Cash, and goes down at Overtown's newest pit stop, the White Room.
