Xperimento are Locos Por Juana lite, a stripped-down configuration of the popular Miami band that has fused cumbia and reggae to much acclaim both here and in Latin America. As LPJ prepare to drop a new album in 2008, they use this smaller lineup to woodshed their new songs, whipping the devoted Jazid crowd into a frenzy while pursuing the young material's beating heart.
