Art Heist

Sponsored in part by progressive culture publications BlackBook and Miami's own MAP magazine, Heist provides a free five-day multimedia experience in a combined art gallery, music venue, and retail space. Located right across from the PULSE art fair, in a stunning, decked-out Wynwood warehouse (there's even a mini indoor pool!), this is the spot to kick back and take in art with likeminded aesthetes. Featured artists include California-based Madsteez, the iconic Bigfoot, and Motomichi Nakamura — whose video and animation has earned him multiple performances at MoMA and projects with bands like the Knife. Also catch surprise performances and check the cultural goodies for sale in the retail area.
