This year makes it a decade since Perpetual Groove first ventured out of Savannah, Georgia, toting run-on jams and off-the-wall rhythms mixed with country rock, trance, and a splash of reggae. Tonight, they kick off two evenings of freewheeling improvisation at the Culture Room; they may even make good on their name and elimate the break between the two nights' shows.
