Music: DJ Disco Teta at Poplife

Karakter and the Tough Titty family take over the White Room's Red Room tonight, spining everything from Southern soul and funk to classic dance tracks and, of course, hip-hop. This week's Poplife lineup also includes DJ/producer Haviken Hayes and Laundry Bar mainstay D'Jane. These veteran turntablists offer a welcome dose of alternative sounds, including eclectic samples, rough metal, and native tongues. Residents Matt Cash and Induce are on hand to round out the evening.
