With just a little more mystique than other Miami rock bands, Modernage appeal to the imagination of local audiences in a way that most up-and-coming outfits haven't. Part of it has to do with their presence (or lack thereof). In the last few years, they've hovered at the edges of the scene, doling out moody morsels of indie rock sparingly to promote various EPs and videos, then disappearing out of town to spread their gospel on the road. Tonight, however, they're giving up some of their spiky, lovelorn tunes at Jazid.
