Last year, Miami collectors Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz donated the multimedia project No Ghost Just a Shell to MOCA and the Tate in London. The massive collaborative effort, launched by Pierre Huyghe and Philippe Parreno, features 17 international artists, all of whom have created pieces based on a manga character named Annlee. It now serves as the highlight of Pivot Points I, which focuses as a whole on "defining" the works in MOCA's collection. Several other pieces also reflect both the museum's early days and its impressive new acquisitions, which include John Bock's "Zero Hero" and Thomas Hirschhorn's "Diorama."
