The Miami City Ballet's Program IV is the latest in a series of amazing presentations for 2008. Easily the most anticipated, it includes the premiere of NIGHTSPOT, a ballet put together for the company by American choreographer Twyla Tharp and British Rock legend Elvis Costello. Both artists are imaginative, tireless innovators, who bend and twist together the various strains of their respective art forms; the similarly celebrated designer Isaac Mizrahi is in charge of costuming, making for an all-around all-star evening.
