Finding a solid minimal-techno set in Miami can be quite the feat when Winter Music Conference isn't around, but tonight, Laundry Bar makes the search simpler with Alland Byallo. A resident of San Francisco's hugely successful monthly Kontrol party, Byallo's got a deft mastery of early-'90s techno that's rarely heard 'round these parts. And if that isn't enough, his own productions, released on the always excellent Nightlight Music, are burbling, drama-laden epics. Byallo's three-hour set is preceded by local DJ Michael Louis.
