Fort Lauderdale-based jam band the Heavy Pets introduced themselves to the South Florida masses at last year's Langerado Music Festival, with a distinctive take on whirling, jamming rockadelica that encompasses everything from funk to reggae. They spend much of their time touring and playing the festival circuit, and they delivered another masterful set at this year's Langerado. Tonight, however, they're unloading three full sets of music on South Beach to remind the locals what all the fuss is about.
