Art Sympathy for the Devil: Art and Rock and Roll Since 1967

Sympathy for the Devil is an exhaustive exploration of the intersection between rock 'n roll and contemporary art. The exhibition, which debuted in Chicago, is curated by Dominic Molon, and features more than 100 works by 56 artists. Organized by cultural "scenes," it's sorted into six distinct spots: New York, West Coast, Midwest, UK, Europe, and the rest of the world. From Andy Warhol and the Velvet Underground to Christian Marclay, John Cale, and others, works range from wildly psychedelic to subtly avant-garde.
