Music Elastic Bond

Elastic Bond take the sultry, downbeat electronica of producer/keyboardist Andres Ponce and thicken it up with a gutsy horn section, punchy percussion, and wiry guitars, topping it all off with the playful vocal interplay of singer Sofy EnCanto and rapper Orion. The resulting sound — a blend of Latin, dub, and breakbeat — has found its way into more than a few bedrooms via the Bond's second album, Excursion, but it only hints at the brassy, titillating vibes they stir up live.
