Performing Arts: Comedy Godfrey

Godfrey is one of those guys who can most appropriately and affectionately be described as "that guy" — that guy you see popping up as a witty talking head in countless VH1 countdowns and gag-filled commercials, or as the "token black dude" in flicks like Zoolander. But these are all side hustles for Godfrey, who makes his bones in New York and around the country as a standup comedian, and a particularly funny one at that. Tonight, he introduces Miami folks to the real Godfrey at the Improv.
