Transplanted and mutated from the regular Grand Groove Wednesday night party at Jazid, the newly re-christened Champion Sound will regularly feature throwback funk, broken beat, and choice hip-hop, courtesy of turntable wizards Mr. Brown, Sire Esq, A-Train, and Semp Rok. Look out for live bands and drink specials to keep each week fresh and funkier than the one before.
