Gogol Bordello are known for raucous live shows that spill into the crowd, often ending with a Gogol girl perched defiantly on top of a bass drum amid a sweaty, cheering audience. Expect no less from the band's concert at Revolution, as the self-proclaimed gypsy punks bring their unique brand of East-meets-West hysteria to South Florida. Whether ranting against the Bible or espousing the benefits of purple attire, frontman Eugene Hütz alternates between the thoughtful and the whimsical — but his melodies, and Bordello's tunes, are always irresistibly danceable.
