Angel's Share is a perfect date spot. Hidden literally within a tiny Japanese restaurant in the Village (just go up the stairs, through the crowded ramen house, and into the jewel of a back room), it boasts magnificent cocktails that, in our opinion, birthed the entire "mixology" craze, since touted by rowdier spots like Death & Co and PDT. Come for an extremely well-crafted drink, peaceful, candlelit surroundings, and an easy seduction. Just don't come with a crowd, as posting up at the bar without a seat is literally not allowed.
