In addition to providing entertainment for Flavorpill's Halloween party, Brooklyn's beloved progressive-rock duo Japanther add another string to their bow by introducing "rock opera" to their repertoire. The show promises their signature, high-energy mishmash of noise, dance, and video — this time with a robot dinosaur — in a truly mixed-media experience. Offering more than your standard performance-art gig, Japanther in (3-D) aims to open the floor for a discussion about political and social issues — as well as dancing, of course.
