French Austrian collective Superamas concludes its epic satirical trilogy on contemporary capitalism and commercial culture with BIG, 3rd episode (happy/end). The troupe uses a fast-paced multimedia structure based around seemingly banal events — a boy-band rehearsal, a gossipy exchange — to reach humorous, but ultimately scathing conclusions on the state of popular entertainment and the concept of success in modern societies. The action is intercut with disco-inspired dance numbers, quirky monologues, a sappy melodrama, and a self-deprecating film about Superamas' own budding success.
