In the wake of the high-concept Bob Dylan biopic I'm Not There — whose soundtrack features impressive renditions by everyone from Sonic Youth to Ramblin' Jack Elliott — the New York Guitar Festival honors the king of folk rock with an evening of similarly iconic covers. Taking a cue from one of Dylan's infamous late-'60s live shows, indie stalwarts like Laura Cantrell, Belle & Sebastian's Stevie Jackson, Marshall Crenshaw, and Oakley Hall ramble down their own road with original arrangements. Former Drive-By Trucker Jason Isbell is also on board, alongside Grammy-winning bluegrass picker Jim Lauderdale and Righteous Babe Toshi Reagon.
