A behind-the-scenes look at what achieving perfection means in the service industry, Service Included tells the unlikely story of how a restaurant ought to be run. Damrosch learns the ins-and-outs of obscure ingredients, falls in love with the art of serving food (and the sommelier), and rises to the coveted, male-dominated position of captain. The book doesn't dish on celebs or rant about high maintenance guests, but Damrosch might relate a few nuggets at her reading at McNally's tonight.
