Rees vs Taibbi: How Doomed is America?

We may still be coasting on the intoxication of Barack Obama's triumphant election-season hope, but, as the spoilsports are already pointing out, we're in store for quite a hangover once the euphoria wears off and the country's still in trouble. Comic artist David Rees, author of Get Your War On, joins Rolling Stone columnist Matt Taibbi today to discuss the state of the union. The talk is billed as a Rees vs Taibbi bout, but the pair's equally inscrutable takes on America's problems make it hard to tell how violent things might get. If Rees's My New Fighting Technique Is Unstoppable is any indication, though, he probably has some moves up his sleeve.
