Since his work under the pseudonym Cajmere in Chicago's early-'90s house scene, Jones has crafted self-described "folk music for the rave scene," focusing on the funkier, more fun-loving aspects of the sound with tracks like "Percolator," "Answering Machine," and "Shake and Pop" on Music Man and his own labels, Cajual and Relief.
