For those with a weakness for David Bowie in Spandex and a curiosity about Jennifer Connelly pre-Requiem for a Dream, the Sunshine brings Labyrinth back for a four-night Thanksgiving run. In the fantasy cult-classic, the baby brother of teenage Sarah (Connelly) is stolen by the Goblin King (Bowie), compelling her to traverse the Labyrinth and rescue the child — along the way meeting a motley bunch of Jim Henson Muppets. Bowie performs a half-dozen original numbers, and the sight of the rocker with his spiky mullet, two-tone purple eye-shadow, and wardrobe of tights and capes is worth giving many, many thanks for.
