Conan O'Brien, who has now hosted NBC's Late Night for 14 years, was a little known comedy writer before landing that coveted gig. Perhaps because of this, Late Night lets its writers shine, creating strange, non-sequitur skits and characters which they often play themselves. Tonight, the Paley Center brings together Conan's writers, including Brian Stack (the interrupter) and Brian McCann (the FedEx Pope), to discuss the too-often-overlooked art of TV comedy writing and what it's like working for the red-hairdest man in show business.
