Post-grunge alt-rock act Letters to Cleo hit the Bowery Ballroom tonight on the shortest reunion tour of the year (four dates in three cities!?). While the band formed in the early '90s, it's probably best known for lacing cheerful pop musicianship with pretty punk harmonies on-screen in 1999's 10 Things I Hate About You.
