White Plains-based reggae artist Matisyahu is making a pretty good case for Jews and gentiles alike to ditch out on the familial overhaul and celebrate Hanukkah with this star-(of David)-studded Festival of Lights. The eight-night menorah-lighting marathon hits both Brooklyn and Manhattan, and already has honorary Jews the Crystal Method and the Levees (featuring Adam Gardner of Guster) on Jah train. While we can't promise dubby dreidel songs, the irie-eyed Easy Star All-Stars perform tracks from their records Radiodread and Dub Side of the Moon on Christmas night. So, put on your yarmulke.
