Chuck Berry's one of the original pioneers of rock 'n roll. His lightening fast guitar intro in "Johnny B. Goode" inspired countless guitarists; the Beatles and Stones both based their music on Berry's style, John Lennon going so far as to say, "if you were going to give rock and roll another name, you might call it 'Chuck Berry'." While his innovation made him a legend, it's his energy that has sustained him for 50 years. Known for his lighthearted banter with the audience, we can't think of a better way to ring in the new year. Count on his masturbatory sing-along "My Ding-a-Ling" to be a highlight of the evening.
