Love him or hate him, dread-headed Dr. Seuss surrogate George Clinton is still the funkiest cat this side of the freaky-deaky mothership. Sure, the P-Funk frontman has seen better days (to be fair, he's also seen much, much worse), but his band's heavy bass lines and deep grooves remain pretty much unassailable. If only the same could be said for his ever-evolving sense of personal style.
