Richard Dawkins appears at the New York Society for Ethical Culture tonight to discuss both his best-selling book (The God Delusion) and the current state of science education. Although Dawkins' early work focused on genetics and evolution — he first coined the term "meme" in 1976's The Selfish Gene — he has since gained international notoriety for his divisive views on religion. Whatever your personal philosophies may be, this Oxford professor gives even Bill Nye a run for his money with his clear and engaging presentation of typically inaccessible subjects.
