Performing Arts: Theatre Tiny Ninja Theater presents Treasure Island

Yeah, yeah, Captain Picard is playing Macbeth at BAM, but you can't really argue with a stage adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island cast entirely with tiny plastic ninjas. This afternoon's production will either inspire your kids to read or it will ruin books for them forever — either way, ninjas plus pirates is sort of a perfect storm of awesomeness. You won't be able to look at yourself in the mirror again if you miss it. Incidentally, Tiny Ninja Theater also takes on the "Scottish Play" later this month.
