Music: Electronic blkmarket membership presents Pier Bucci

Pier Bucci's Familia album was an instant classic as soon as it was released in 2005. The Chilean's fluid, warm take on minimal techno for the Crosstown Rebels label stood out among the rougher-edged schaffel and electro-house that dominated the scene at the time. Since then, Bucci's been steadily crafting tracks for labels like Cadenza and Cynosure, featuring organic techno that bears the influence of both his adopted German home and his South American background. Tonight, Bucci performs live before heading south for Miami's Winter Music Conference.
