Film Project P-Town

Project P-Town is the result of a drugged-out pilgrimage that filmmaker Scott Hug and his band of colorful friends made to John Waters' annual summer bash in Provincetown. If every over-the-top queer male that's appeared in Vice magazine's Dos and Don'ts section got together and went on a bender, their collective experience might resemble this film. The wisdom of showing the wobbly, handheld production on all four gigantic screens at Monkey Town as people nosh on lobster eggrolls may be questionable, but if you can stomach it, you're in for a completely candid, shocking, and hilarious flick.
