Hot on the heels of Asian Contemporary Art Week and just in time for the Armory Show comes a hybrid of the two: Bridge Art Fair New York, an exposition of emerging contemporary art with a focus on Asia. Galleries from Manila, Taipei, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, and the US transform the 23,000-square-foot converted railway tunnel that once housed the Tunnel nightclub into a temporary Asian-art mecca featuring all manner of media. The fair also presents Cool Stories for When the Planet Gets Hot, a selection of original video works by artists interpreting green themes.
