Music: DJ Giant Step presents Âme

In theory, Berlin-based duo Âme (Kristian Beyer and Frank Wiedemann) are considered a deep-house production team. But outside of the pair's soulful grooves on the Innervisions and Sonar Kollektiv imprints, Âme have also turned out a variety of slick minimal-techno tracks on releases like the Shut Up and Dance compilation (compiled by Germany's Staatsballett dance company), as well as remixes and appearances for Mule Musiq and Fabric. Following the duo's recent tour with fellow Innervisions producer Dixon, the shape-shifting Âme return to New York for a Giant Step dance party.
