The eighth annual CSA in NYC Conference provides informative workshops and panels addressing everything from farmland preservation and sustainable agricultural practices to the legality of raw milk and the social implications of New York's locavore movement — and it's open to newbies and dyed-in-the-wool Michael Pollan worshippers alike.
