Movement Research's eclectic Monday-night performances at Judson Church provide equal stimulation for trained and untrained eyes. Those familiar with contemporary modern dance's quirky intellectualism can delight in the works-in-progress' loose workshop ethos, while those whose fingers are new to the pulse can enjoy the performers' sheer variety and inventiveness. Judson Memorial Church is a beatific setting for the highly experimental dances — which often incorporate text, furniture, and popular music. Tonight, Jonah Bokaer, Guillermo Ortega, Amanda Waal, and Tucker Dulin perform their work.
