Along with his peers Derrick May, Juan Atkins, and Carl Craig, Kevin Saunderson built Detroit into one of the world's techno epicenters. Saunderson's work with Inner City records and his monikers, Reese, E-dancer, and the Elevator, are legendary — now, over two decades into his career as producer, DJ, and label head, he's still pushing the Detroit agenda in clubs and in the studio (and was recently remixed by Carl Craig and Loco Dice). At the aptly titled Deep Space party, you can fall into Saunderson's woozy, late-night niche.
