London's Rusko might be the only steppa who could get away with sampling MC Hammer. The self-proclaimed waffle lover and cockney thug brings his peak-time dubs to Love's Trouble & Bass party tonight, pummeling partygoers with deep, wobbling bass lines and snarky samples. Rusko flies in tonight on the heels of his partner in crime's appearance at Dub War last week and the pair's recent high-profile Fabric mix. Fellow Londoners Tomb Crew chop hip-hop over grimy beats, and, as always, residents Drop the Lime, Math Head, and the rest of the gang keep the night dark and heavy.
