Every once in a while, conscience creeps into your calendar — happily, at tonight's benefit fest for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, conscience likes to dance. Local post-punk duo Sigmund Droid headline with scuzzy drums and bass (and a guest appearance from Apes & Androids' David on guitar); their cheek level is rivaled only by openers Boy/Crisis' electro-smarm. Art from Altar Boys is on display, and DJs Steamclam and Pumpkin Patch keep things moving between bands, while you swig some complimentary beer and sign up for the Little Olivieri Urban Achievers to participate in the upcoming CFF charity walk. Rock music, a good cause, free booze, and a Big Lebowski reference — we know we're sold.
