In a hilariously twisted parody of Tennessee Williams' drama The Glass Menagerie, the dysfunctional Wingfield family recasts itself as a bunch of deformed clowns. This award-winning fringe production returns to NYC to offend and horrify through the French-Renaissance bouffon style of exaggerated, ugly costume and lascivious raunch. One lucky (and brave) audience member plays the role of Jim, the gentleman who courts the dreadfully wistful Laura. Will she get the catch of her dreams? Propped onstage is a dream catcher that's big enough to snare a man, but the ending is at the whim of the audience in this impromptu, zany desecration of a classic.
