Performing Arts: Theatre Untitiled Mars (This Title May Change)

Jay Scheib's experimental play, Untitled Mars (This Title May Change), attempts to answer David Bowie's age-old question, "Is there life on Mars?" Immediately upon entering the theater, the audience is drawn to the action as space suits, smoke machines, live video feeds, and a talented cast come together to create a convincing illusion of space travel. Culled from many texts (including works by Philip K. Dick) and actual Mars simulation transcripts, the journey can be a bumpy one, but it retains a refreshing emotional authenticity.
