Discovered by Diplo on a trip to Rio, Bonde do Role put their stamp on baile funk with '80s guitar riffs, polyrhythmic world beats, and Portuguese raps. Following last year's departure of singer Marina Ribatski, the group has rebounded with two new singers, and its recent performance at Coachella showed that the newly mounted quartet rocks as hard as ever.
