Yelle's timing couldn't be better. Hot on the heels of fellow Frenchies Justice and the Ed Banger crew, she's riding waves kicked up by a genitally insulting single, a viral MySpace page, and a slate of famous friends — including producer Grand Marnier. Her mix of distorted sonics, pop hooks, and day-glo drum programming packed the Knit last February, and now she's back to make similar pop mischief at Highline.
