Since 2003, Chicago-based store Renegade Handmade has stretched its DIY tentacles into San Francisco and New York via the Renegade Craft Fair. This year, the Brooklyn installment fills McCarren Pool with over 200 different vendors selling handcrafted sundries, including t-shirts, hats, jewelry, tote bags, kitchenware, and knickknacks. It's sort of like an offline Etsy — though the crafty site has a booth at the fair, as well.
