Since the breakup of Galaxie 500 in 1991, members Damon Krukowski and Naomi Yang have released six well-received albums under the guise of Damon and Naomi, while simultaneously running their own publishing company and record label. Though the duo's soothing dream-pop is more intimate than that of its previous band's, recent collaborations with Ghost guitarist Masaki Batoh have provided a new layer of atmospheric gauze. Tonight, Damon and Naomi bring their increasingly expansive show to the newly minted (le) poisson rouge, alongside avant-cellist Helena Espvall and the psychedelic Masaki Batoh.
